Dinesh moved to Tasmania from Singapore in 2012 to undertake his Bachelors of Law and Business at the University of Tasmania. He was actively involved with the Tasmania University Law Society and the Australian Law Students Association during his University days and was passionate about advocating for students. Being a migrant himself, Dinesh understands the struggles and difficulties faced by people migrating to Tasmania. He is passionate about assisting migrants and being a voice for them.
Dinesh was admitted as a barrister and solicitor to the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 2017. He commenced his legal career at a boutique law firm in Tasmania and was a key driving force in its expansion.
Dinesh is a solicitor advocate known for his forceful advocacy and critical analysis of the law. Dinesh achieves the best outcomes for his clients through creative and witty arguments, and uses every available technique to achieve a just outcome.
